Humor is HEALTHY!The Red Nose is finally "out of the bag!" Numerous research studies have now proven that laughter is a potent medicine to ward off heart disease, depression, and stress-related illnesses. Humorists have long known that laughter AND play improve health and wellness, and now, the emerging science of humor studies illustrates that "bellyhooting" on a regular basis is more important than we ever thought. With more than 20 years in the health care field coupled with my work as a humorist and educator, I can say without a doubt that "if you can laugh at it" and/or "play with it", you are going to be a happier and healthier human being! My focus is to help you and your organization learn ways to make laughter and play a consistent "practice" so that it becomes an integral part of your work and personal lives. As a nurse, counselor, storyteller and sometimes clown, I offer workshops and presentations for businesses, professionals, non-profit organizations, staff retreats and more!
